Is Timothy Hay Different than horse hay?

Is Timothy Hay that you give bunnies any different from the hay that you give your horses. We have several horses and I wanted to know if the hay they eat would be healthy for the rabbit or if it has to be " Timothy Hay"

The hay you feed your horses is fine for rabbits. That is what I have been feeding for over 10 years to my rabbits. Just don't feed alfalfa hay to rabbits, it is too rich for them. Most "horse" hay is a grass hay and that is what you should be feeding a rabbit.
So yes you can feed it to them.
